Our parent company in the UK takes part in the Business in the Community index, which assesses socially responsible behaviour. This index evaluates the behaviour of the whole company according to a range of criteria. In 2004, Provident Financial reached a high score of 74% for its responsible business practice and 84% for its environmental activities.
